New planter pictures

Got my John Deere 7100 planter home today. Here are some pictures. I am really ready for spring now.

Thanks. To keep the weight down we decided to not get markers and I am glad I did. It makes the 4700 pretty light on the front end. I ordered more weights today. I am gonna use a rod across the front of the tractor and chains hanging down for a marker. The chain will hang over the row I just planted.

How many acres are you planting? I've been given a JD 4 row pull behind, but I'm not sure of the model. I can't wait to get it picked up.

I will be planting around 200 acres with it this year maybe more depending on how many deer plots we plant. Be sure and post some pictures of your planter when you get it.
