Kubota now has the new RTV website up and going. Its a nice interactive site like the 30-series. Takes a while to load for those of us still plauged with dial-up, but worth it. Let me know what you think. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Ya, you and everyone else /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif That is our most asked question at open houses and trade shows--"So, are you giving away a tractor for a door prize?" Wish we could, guess we'd be pretty successful to be able to do that!

I bought a Polaris Ranger 3 months ago and when I heard about the new RTV I thought that I might have made a mistake and should have waited. But, after looking at the specs and price for the RTV, I feel that I made a good choice. From what I can see, the specs for both are very close, with few differences. I will say that if you own a farm or ranch, you will find yourself utilizing one of these more then most other machines, especially if you have any steep or rough property that you have to get to.

It really depends on how much you use it and in what application. The specs are pretty similar with a few major differences being the hydrostatic transmission and along with that the power steering and live hydraulics. I am not yet very familiar with the competitors pricing, do you mind my asking what you gave for yours? I'm sure that will be our biggest obstacle, but it hasn't stopped us yet! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The list for the 4x4 Ranger is $8900, after a little dealing I got mine for $8900 out the door, with the dealer including and installing a 3500 lb. wren wench. As for usage, my farm is in the Blue Ridge and has a lot of steep areas. I use the Ranger for just about everything; checking cattle and fence lines, hauling everything from cinder blocks and cement to firewood, heck, my wife even uses it to run to the mail box and back. One of the great things about it is getting to the back side of my farm, an area that is extremly steep and thickly wooded. I'm able to get to areas that I would never even consider trying to get my tractor to. Which ever one you decide on, If the RTV is anything like the Ranger, you'll find yourself thinking, "why didn't someone come up with this before". Like I said on a earlier post, the Ranger gets more everyday use then anyother vehicle on my farm

Just looked at the Yamaha Rhino.... the dealer told me the unit will run about or over 50MPH.... it was rainy so I didn't ask to take it out and run it. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
