New, slow FEL onna 1610D

Newbie me.
Reconditioned 1610D with new FEL. Put on about 7 hrs and the buckets getting slllowww (and maybe weak). Seems like I need to pull out some cartridge filter and wash it?
If there was a new FEL put on this, would you expect this issue?
Unless maybe the old fluid was never changed out????

We see this a lot with new loaders- especially Koyker for some reason. We thought at one time there might be a grease type material used in the assembly of some of the loader cylinders that does not dissolve in the oil and gets caught in the screen. I bet when you remove the screen you will see lots of paper pulp looking material in it. Just clean it & re-install. You may need to do it a few times in the next few days.
