Hi All,

I wanted to share an enjoyable experience I had recently when trying to get replacement broom wafers for my Deere 52" Quick Hitch sweeper. The official deere bristles are something in the neighborhood of $450.00 give or take $20.00. I balked at that and went on a search. There are a few different vendors out there, but one I found that was easy to work with was Judy from Zarnothbrush.com.

On their website, they had the 51" broom wafers, but didn't list the 52" wafers. I emailed her, she got back to me promptly (same day, love that) and told me they do indeed carry them, but in the color blue (not yellow). I asked for an all-in cost delivered to my residential area. Ready? $241.30. (206.04 + 35.26 ship)

Here's the part number and website should you need to order wafers of equal or greater quality than the Deere ones (for all I know Zarnoth also makes the deere ones as an OEM):
Part: 250-JD-52-P
Desc: JD52 21-3/8" (26KPCV) wafer broom refill

The website is:
Zarnoth Brushes > Home
email: Judy@zarnothbrush.com

HTH!
