Purchased a 12x24 storage shed to be built about 5 weeks ago and it was just delivered. I was very apprehensive because I have a 10 ft wide 1/4 mile long driveway and itç—´ been very wet. The driver did get off the driveway at one point and I thought we were in big trouble because the tires really sunk in.
His trailer had a feature that I had never seen before where very wide tires that are perpendicular to the regular tires dropped down from the undercarriage hydraulically. He was able to lift the whole load and put it back on the driveway with very little mess.
Then he unloaded a small mover from his truck that I believe had a smaller engine that my zero turn. He tipped the trailer up, moved my shed to the back and attached the mover. He then pulled the shed to the end of the trailer and attached a dolly to each side and away he went.
He pulled the shed the rest of the way up the driveway, across a very wet lawn and onto the pad I had made easy-peezy. I was really pleased the way things worked out and was amazed that one guy did the whole job of placing it. Here are pictures to prove it happened.
