Installed new TNT from Fitrite on Kubota 7040 today that arrived Sat. Took about 30 minutes to install while partly playin with the dog. Everything as ordered 2-3 weeks ago and easy install. Worked fine and used with landscape rake for about an hour doing some yard work. Will try to get some pics later. Thanks Mtnviewranch.

danceswithdirt, You are going to love having the set. Makes using your implements ooooooooooooh so much nicer.  Would you please try to get some close ups? Pictures are very much appreciated.

Thanks again. ;)

Sure will, they look great. Just using the landscape rake but the speed seems just right. Wife didnt know I had put them on and thought something was wrong when the rake started tilting over and changing pitch:laughing:.

Does your valve have a float position? That's my favorite part of mine! Congrats on the new setup!
I was also very happy with the service at fitrite and can't say enough good things about the quality product provided.

Did you get the flow restricters?

Dont have the float detent but may fix it so it will float. I have read here you can alter the valve to do so. Not really used to being up that late but lately had daughter and her girlfriend want us to watch a movie with them. We have an old tractor barn converted into a club house and they want my wife and I down there playing pool, or games with them. They are full time entertainment. Would be the ultimate man cave but.... Half the time its full of her school friends. Cant complain at least they arent runnin the roads or into so much thats out there. Heres a few pics of the tnt.

JJ:

I saw that valve just the other day when looking at the Surplus Center catalogue. How does it hook-up and work if you already have a standard spool? I was thinking that could be a great option where adding a control section to the spool was not really an option. But then I could not figure out how to use this in tandem with a standard spool. Thanks.

I believe the float valve would work like this. Install two tee's in the cyl hose you want to float.

The hoses from the tee would connect to port A, and the other cyl hose from the tee to port B. The C port goes to tank.

With the knob pushed in, the cyl would work normally with the T-N-T valve.

When you pull the knob out, the cyl is connected to tank, and therefore float.

Fitrite service was great. And yes I have the flow restricters. Speed seems to be right but havent had a lot of time with it yet so...Followed all you tbners for a long time using tnt and knew it was a great tool. Heck it was one more good excuse to get the new tractor. Jd 4105 didnt have remotes and as I told the wife "it would cost a bucket of money to add".:D Thanks everyone.
