New to me 2016 TYM T554 Cruise not working?

Everything works on this but the cruise. I checked all the fuses, tested the switch and checked voltage at the switch. All it good. Now I am not sure what the voltage is to be at the switch as the cruise is run through the ECM. I read 6.9 volts at the harness. I am waiting on a parts/service DVD that is on its way. Any ideas?

Fixed, harness was destroyed at plug underneath. Rewired and works fine.
