New (to me ) rake

Got a call from my dealer that the 567 baler was in and being readied for delivery to me. Should be here for 3rd cutting. I needed a rake to complete the setup, so I hit a neighbors auction today and picked up this 894a JD rake in good condition. I'm hoping it will do the trick for now, time will tell. New teeth throughout, and new bearings made it worth the $900 I gave for seem fair. If nothing else it will be a good compliment to a wheel rake when I'm ready to spring for one of those.

Looks similar to the rake my neighbor uses on probably about 100 acres of hay. Was that originally a pull type rake? The reason I ask is it looks exactly like my dads JD 3 pt rake but with a pull type frame over it. Either way looks like a solid piece of equipment.

It is a pull rake, just has the jack stand down to hold it up until you connect it to to the drawbar.
