Hello,
I have been considering a compact or subcompact tractor for about a year, finally made a decision. My dad gave me a Case 646 from the 70's 20 years ago and I sold it about 10 years ago. I am in my late 50's now, with limited time, any many projects on my 4 acre property. I really miss having a tractor more than ever. Two things I did not like about the Case were it was a little too small and no longer easy to find parts. The subcompacts just seemed a little small for my needs, but I found a demo Yanmar SA424 at R.S. Hollinger & Son, Inc. in Mountville, PA which worked within my budget. I am having Hollinger adding a back hoe and locking rear differential.
Once I started looking I was amazed at all the choices available. A lot to absorb, so many brands. I am glad I took my time. Thinking the dealer is just as important as the brand. The folks at Hollinger were the most accommodating. Can't wait to get it and put it to use.
Kind regards,
Joe
