Tractor
Ford 4000
Hello to all. I am a retired school teacher who is somewhat new to tractor ownership. I taught woodworking, drafting, building construction and math to students in grades 9-12. I have a fairly well developed understanding of mechanical things, have operated a tractor a few times, but have never really had one on my own so to speak. I recently came into possession of a Ford 4000 gas burner. It is a high row crop tractor and seems to be in good mechanical shape. At this point the only attachment I have is a 5' bush hog. Looking to learn as I go and slowly add additional implements. I do not farm and the tractor will be used for general cleanup on approx 10 acres plus some work in the deer woods. Looking forward to being here.
