Hello to all. I just wanted to Thank Everyone for "Lattin' Me In"....I have 2 Cubs, a 2000 Yr Model #2176 I bought new and a 1999 Yr Model #3186 I purchased recently with 160 Hrs...it is almost like new except for a few dry rotted items that I will be replacing soon.
Prior to the Cubs, I have owned 2 Sears Suburbans I bought new in the late 1960's and 70's.
A 1976 Wheelhorse Garden Tractor with the single cylinder Kohler 16 HP engine (boy, I wish Kohler still made 'em like that one) ...
I piece of JUNK FORD YT 16 and finally I got smart and started buying Cub Cadets.
I do all of my own mechanical work and think it's a "Sin" for me to pay a dealer 400 prices to do anything that I can do myself....(I am talking about myself only).
I do enjoy reading the posts and perhaps can offer some assistance to some as well as get some assistance from you folks.
Again, Thanks for letting me in...Tim
Oh, one other thing....I am located in Northeast Alabama where at this point in time (August) the Humidity is higher than the temperature! Seems that way at least.
