New to tractoring and need an operating manual for Kubot L35

I just got a really nice used L35 and of course it did not come with an operating manual. I did find a parts manual, backhoe parts manual online but cannot seem to track down a TLB operating manual. I need to know how to remove the backhoe, grease skirts, and what the little yellow shifter is below the steering wheel? If anybody knows of a place to find this please let me know. thanks
