Just to clear things up.....I work with Mega and that post was nothing more than some friendly ribbing. I didn't mean to stir things up with anyone else on TBN. Mega and I are brother firefighters for the same department. Please accept my apology for any offense I may have created with anyone. It's good to see that Mega has some loyal friends on here.

Hey Mega!!.....don't charge that hydrant til I tell you to!!

That's quite a mower! It might scare your neighbors to see you heading toward them in that machine. You have a beautiful lot, how much area total do you mow?
I mow 5-6 acres. As far as the neighbors are concerned, I don't think it is the mower they need to worry about!

I think you should have placed a comma after the word "yes" and it should be "is" a brush pile burning. Did you check your local fire laws concerning open burning? I just don't want you to get in trouble. Keep your chin up Mega!!
Thanks, for, the, grammar, advice, Mr. Webster. BTW, I was not concerned about the open fire burning this time of the year, as I don't live in a highly combustable home....such as a log cabin! Ha, ha! It's always good to have a little fun on here!

Wow, what a beautiful piece of property.
It doesn't get much better than southern Ohio for some beautiful scenery!
Thanks. Honestly though, that pond is nothing but a pain in the rear trying to keep people out of it. It seems that people mistake it for a public park.

But are you not happy that the ever so helpful people here on TBN were kind enough to correct your correction? :D

Very nice machine . . . and it does not look like too much mower for the property. Very beautiful place you have there. Living here in AZ I miss big lots with acres of grass and forests with creeks and small private ponds. Is West Nile Virus a problem out there? Just kidding. Very nice place.

No kidding!

Thanks to all for the compliments. My wife and I built this house going on 5 years ago. The pond was actually a gift from a mining company that my Grandfather retired from. Nearly 20 years ago, the company showed up with a D-9 dozer and a huge pan and they began constructing this pond in appreciation for his many years of his dedicated service. He is gone now, however we still keep things looking good around here.

Now......where's the warm weather, fishing pole, and a cold beverage?

Nice mower. Looks like it was built to do some serious mowing.

Actually, Mr. Firewalker, if you want to be precise on correct grammar, there should be a comma both before and after "yes". I'm not trying to be the grammar police here, but it is my understanding that this site is for the exchange of thoughts, views, ideas and experiences with tractors. None of which require a degree in English. And, yes, I do have a degree in English. It's simply not important on this site and I don't let a little incorrect grammar or incorrect spelling bother me unless it’s so bad that the post is difficult to understand.

If you have a degree in English, then you should know that periods and commas go inside quotation marks....at least for U.S. English punctuation.
