The BX tractors have a hydraulic PTO clutch. If you match correct RPM's to intelligent engagement, it is as smooth as silk. Don't know what the heck was going on at your dealer.

Thanks! I guess it is classic operator error going on there... It sounded like he was engaging it at 2000 rpm!!!!
Sorry for the misrepresentation of the BX, I did not know........
