new tractor oil changes

I have just bought a new Jinma 224 I want to change all the oils after i do a run-in What should i use?

What's the owner's manual say to use?

The manual talks about No. 20 Diesel engins oil in the engine. Trans box No.40 Diesel engine oil. Front and rear Axels also No. 40 Diesel engine oil. I'm not a idiot or anything but what is No. 30 and No. 40 Diesel engine oil? Straight grade engine oil recommended for diesels?
Should't the gear box have Gear oil? and /or axels use 80-90 or 80-140 rear end lube? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I've never seen oil recommendations like that. Hopefully, someone else has.

Your profile does not indicate where you live so giving a correct answer is difficult. In the US there are no "No. 30 or No. 40" motor oil classifications. In the US there is 30 and 40 weight motor oil that is certified by it's API designation as meeting the requirements for diesel engines.
