Amthinking of buying a 1643 with loader and backhoe. Have a small horse farm" 3 horses' and ten acres of woods and 5 acres of pasture to cut.

DynaQPS or Powershuttle - you will love both. Block heater if you live in the north.

A cab is nice too.

What to order with it really depends on what you plan to use it for aside from mowing, maintaining manure piles and moving bedding etc.

With the BH I assume you have some stumping to do, or plan to have. If you plan to harvest some of the wood off your lot, or if your property has a particularly long drive or entryway for snow removal, or if you plan to use ground engaging equipment for food plots, search this site for advice given by people who have written about what works best for them, or what hasn't worked. Too many details to list in a single post but there is a lot to learn by reading about the experiences of others.

You've chosen a very capable tractor, there are many different implements / attachments that you can use with it. Let us know what you decide, some of us live vicariously through those who are doing what we wish we could. :thumbsup:

Seems my dealer only has a 1635 in stock and Massey has been very slow on deliverying anything lately. So it might be a Kioti Dk45SE HST for me. The saga continues.

A good dealer should be able to find anything you want, my dealer went out of state to get the one I wanted. It took a week, but he sent his pickup crew up to MO. and delivered it to me. no cost to me. besides your dealer prob. has good incentives this time of yr. I ordered and got $4000.00 off of the purchase before Dec. 31, but then a good dealer that wants to sell a unit will do that for you.
