Ok after allot of reading and looking and driving I had rulled out the bx2200. So now I am lookind at jd4100 or b7500 or the TC18. They are all with in $300.00 apart. The power is all similer (exceptTC18). They all have a great rep. I have all 3 dealers with in 15 miles apart. So is there really any big differance or just personal preferencs.

I'm not sure exactly what configurations you're comparing here (gear, hydro, with mower or loader, etc.), but if they're all within $300 you are probably getting a smokin' deal on the 4100 or getting a really lousy deal on the TC18 and B7500. I'm pretty sure the 4100 lists out at $2000-$3000 more than the other two.

You wont find many owners yet but if you look at the Power-Trac pt422 you may find out that it finds your needs. It has many parts that are used by other tractors so it is easy to get what little service you need from your favorite local dealer, 100% made in USA and a very good deal (www.power-trac.com). I bought a pt425 and I am very happy with it. I thought I had other post about the tractor but I can not find them, I also requested a review site for other tractors in December. I thought it would help people out.

If you're considering the JD4100, take a look at the JD 790 for about $10K.

Darins, I've used my neighbors 4100 and it's a great compact tractor. However I really enjoy the single peddle on my Kubota L3010HST. The 4100 has two peddles for the HST. Good luck with your decision.

They all have power steering, And I am looking at the hydr. For the bx I was really looking at itAnd REALLY like it, but the Kubota dealer thought that it would not be big enough for my need. i have 5 acres with a new house so I will be putting in a new yard and then working back in my woods clearing out some underbrush ect. Thanks for all your responses.
