John Deere 2032R
I have a new trailer being built 6.8x12 with a 2' dove tail on it.

Here is where I'm needing some help - I'm having issues with my deck on my mower and I maybe letting John Deere have it back. Thinking about going with a Woods PRD7200 finishing mower. My issue is I have a 2032R tractor and I can't find the size of the woods mower anywhere.

Is anyone running this setup 2032R with the 72" rear mower and if so what size trailer do you need to haul it on?

I'm interested in what your problem is with your deck on your JD mower. I have one and I too have issues with the deck. Sorry I can't help you with the woods Mower though.

Funny, my name is also,

Good to meet you Allen :)

What is going on is they can't get it to stay level. It is 3/4" higher on one side than the other. They get it level and then you raise it up and down a few times and it goes back out of level again. When you raise it up it's almost 2" higher on left side, when you let it down it is 3/4 lower on same side.

Are you running the gauge wheels on the ground or off the ground? Good says not to run them on the ground. We have 2 mowers brand new doing the something.

I cannot get the blades to cut equally on my deck. They like almost an inch being in alignment in the center so the cut on the lawn is awful The deck has been removed at the dealer and pounded on with hammers to even the blades but they always go back to being out of alignment. I too have removed the deck and pounded it into submission. Not exactly the same problem you have but it still makes a mess of the lawn. I just use it for cutting weeds now. I got no help from the dealer. A previous service manager told me that he would have replaced the deck if he had still been at the dealership but he was "let go". Guess why. For honoring too many warranty claims. Way to go John Deere. My deck was simply stamped crooked and I guess it has a memory. It wants to say crooked.
As far as the gauge wheels, they are supposedly only to keep the deck from scalping on uneven ground so you are supposed to carry them. I put them in one spot and they may touch or may not, depending on where I set my cut height for that particular mowing.

I'm sure I will catch it for saying this but my experience with this mower and dealership will keep me from buying green again.

Allen, sounds like you have been through the ringer with yours. I really love the tractor so far but the mowers are not that good I don't think. Dealer is wanting to put the gauge wheels down and let the deck run on them. But after looking at them I think all I will be doing is putting wheels and bearings in 4 wheels. JD is supposed to be here tomorrow to pick my mower up, I think I'm going to have them take my deck off and hardware and put me a Woods PRD7200 rear mower on.

This is the first time in 40 years I have had a issue with a deck. Father in Law has the same setup and I tested his mower out today and not cutting good and the right side doesn't seem to be cutting at all.
