Ballast new wheel weights and and hook on the bucket

Here are some pictures of the new homemade wheel weights and the hook I welded on the bucket of the GC2410.

The hooks are great, i have 1 on each side, and 1 in the middle. Soo usefull

How are the rear wheel weights going to help keep the front tires on the ground? Their hopping because of all the weight behind the back axle.

You need more weight on the FRONT of the tractor, (preferred). Or, less weight on the back end.

If you have a weight bar on the front, (below the brush guard), hang your weights on there.

With the BH on, the fronts always going to bounce some. This happens even on big, full size TLB's

Right around 74 pounds (based on my calculations):
diameter (inch) = 8.5, length (inch) = 4.6, area (sq in) = 56.745, volume (cu in) = 261.027, density of low grade steel (lb/cu in) = 0.283 -------> mass (lb) = 73.870.

I really don't need them with the backhoe on, but they'll add a little bit of extra weight when I'm running a landscape rake or tilling discs.

My Father (God rest his soul...passed away this past January) had all kinds of "stuff" around his garage, so I got the bolts and solid steel cylinders for free. I was actually planning on filling the tires with washer fluid, but for the price of a few cans of primer and paint and a handful of welding rods, the price was right for the steel weights.
