First time tractor buyer Just bought a 1401d. So be ready for some questions /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif I will probable will have lots of them. Like does the 1401d have a US "sister tractor".

Hoye tractor sent me a manual for my 1300D. It is actually a manual for an YM155, which is the US equivalent for mine. Having the manual, and logging on to this site has been very helpful. -Keith

Just took delivery of my first tractor, an F15D, yesterday also. The manual for the F-series tractors from Hoye came with it. Thanks to Dave for helping me find what I was looking for. He is as honest and helpful as his posts on TBN would indicate!

Congratulations on your tractor purchase. I have a 1401D as well. I bought it Nov. 2003 and love it. I have a tiller, rear blade, and pallet forks so far. I just recently put on truck and car tires to use a turf tires instead of using the rice tires.

I'd also highly recommend the Hoye manuals. It was a lot of work for them to put these out and they are the best I have seen.

I also just purchased a YM1401D with a loader.
HoYe has supplied the manuals and a couple parts for my tractor. Great bunch of people to work with!!!

Wow, you have my tractor's brother. I have a 169D, it sure is spoiled with a boxblade, grader blade, brush hog, pallet forks, imatch system, and a 6' harrow to drag around. I cant wait to hear your stories with your 1401D. Does it have ROPS? I would guess not but the ROPS make me feel a lot safer. They were a must for me. I miss my yanmar now. atleast its safe and warm in the garage.
