New Z535M

I've been lurking here for years but rarely post. Just wanted to give a shoutout to my local JD dealer. I bought a new Z535M this week cause my old mower was wore out. I also bought a new Gator there about 2 years ago. This is a small town dealership where almost everyone working there is family. It belongs to a man in his 80's that still hangs out there but doesn't do anything. He's an interesting guy to talk to because he's been a JD dealer for at least 50 years but you have to have a good set of lungs because he's almost deaf. Anyway, I stopped there to talk to the mower saleslady (owners daughter) and she showed me what they had in stock. The 535 wasn't my first choice but she gave me such a deal on it I had to buy it. The whole transaction lasted less than 30 minutes and was very pleasant. They even gave me the first oil change for free. I then went home and got my trailer and they had it ready when I returned. I just wish buying a car was this pleasant. I've bought parts there and had warranty work done there over the years and everyone is friendly and helpful. The parts guy is the owners son. I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. I know not all dealers are like that. I guess I just got lucky. Anyway, here's my new toy.

That’s a sharp looking mower. You’ll love how fast they are! I agree on buying experiences. When I get a new truck, I’m usually in and out within an hour and most of that’s from me visiting with everyone. I only use our local small town ford house for my stuff and a Chevy dealer for my wife’s tahoe. I order what I want in less than 15mins and come get it when it’s here. Way easier than dealing with all those slick car jocks at the big city dealers
