I have had this rig for about three weeks. I was seriously considering the Deere 5205, but decided on the heavier tractor. The tractor has plenty of power and awesome traction.
I have only one concern and that is that the loader seems sluggish. the roll back /dump is in slow motion. It will barely lift the seven foot bucket full, not heaping, of gravel. My dealer tells me these loaders are just slow. I am just curious as to how some of you other 4341 drivers see this. Thanks in advance.

I have 100 hours on my 4341/102. Loader is fast 3X faster than AC615 TLB 59HP. See pix of rockpicker attached I lifted it off a bobcat trailer. Picker & grapple bucket must weigh at least 3K lbs. I put an iron 3 bottom plow on 3pt to hold the rear down if getting into something heavy.

If oil level is ok then filter may be plugged, relief setting low. Your dealer should fix this. You can also email Zetor Engineering directly - they will answer you!

Thanks for the info. Nice picture. My dealer led me to believe the bypass was not adjustable. I guess I will have to keep bugging him. I may have to try the email too. It does have 80/90 lube in the tranny. I had a similar problem with an Allied 595 on a Belarus. That dealer came out and like you say, tweeked the bybass on the joy stick and the problem went away. My loader is the standard 102, not SL/HL, which are rated higher. I gathered from the posts you guys left that this combo was the real deal. I must say this guy is living up to my expectations otherwise. It drives and manuevers like a much smaller/lighter tractor. It doesn't cut through and leave tire trenches like the big Bellyru did. It just doesn't feel like 10000# until you want move something big. Thanks again.

I have a 4340 W/ sys 100. It diplsyed the same symptoms you describe. I changed the pump at about 400hrs. The problem was the dealer had not cut the rubber tube, placed a tee and connected this by pass from valve block. Check under right step. There is a tee from hyd line to valve block on 4340. My dealer insisted he had installed the by pass. Think I ever bought from him again. BTW Pump cost $500, several years ago. Good luck

Update: The dealer tweeked the loader diverter and the problem went away. I had it out today skidding tops in a foot and a half of snow. It has a Fransgaard logging winch. The Z is more than up to the task. I was looking to buy a JD 5205 or Kubota 4900 when I spotted the Z at the bota dealer. Neither of those would have been in the game today. The Z is twice as heavy. Got bigger rubber and was less money. Did I say I am happy with it???? grin
