Newb question - B1750HST model opinion and pricing question

Hi All,

Newb here with a newb question relating to a 94 B1750 HST


I am looking at purchasing a used tractor and I found a 94 B1750 HST with MMM (5'cut) and FEL. I looked at it and the unit is in pretty good shape (with good rubber - deck works well, etc.) and I believe it has about 1000 hours.

I can probably get it for 8,400 which I am wondering if this price is reasonable. I don't think he will budge lower.

Any advice?

Also, how is this particular model? Any quirks?

Hi. Welcome to TBN.

May not be a bad price is not abused. Check the fluids to see if they are clean. Hydraulic fluid often gets neglected in changing.
With only 1000 hours on it, it should not have any leaks or signs of much wear beyond normal. Look for dried and cracked hoses that may need replaced.
