I have been a silent reader for a few months now. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I would like to acknowledge that this site (and everyone's questions/answers/comments) have been a great help with deciding on if I should get a compact tractor and which one to get. I tried to consider all models - Blue, Green, Red, and even though I generally like to stay as loyal as possible to "made in the USA" I started w/ a personal preference leaning towards Orange. I started out looking at the BX1500, moved up to the BX2230, and finally decided on and order yesterday ;

Kodiac Box Blade

I hope to have it by next week or so. I plan to use it w/ everyday choirs including some lanscaping around the home, mowing, etc.

Any 7510 experiences, new tractor pointers, things to check/watch for, etc. are welcome and will be greatly appreciated as I become more familiar with my new compact tractor. I plan to do the 50 hr. break-in maintenenac/fluid changes myself (dealer said would not void warrantee as long as recomended fluids are used) - i guess that would be a good starting point for any ideas or concerns I should be aware of if anyone has advice they would like to share.
Thanks - from the foothills of the Adirondacks.

Welcome to TBN and congratulations on your Kubota 7510 tractor purchase. If you follow the service guidelines in the operators manual, you should enjoy many trouble free years of operation. I purchased my first Kubota product over seven years ago and it has never been back to the dealers shop for anything (635 hours and counting).

Congratulations on the B7510. I have the B7610 and she works just fine. This past weekend my brother and I did the 50 hour service. It was rather easy. I figured that I saved myself around $150 or so. I am sure that you will have lots of projects that come up that you didn't even think or consider before you made the purchase. have fun and don't let anyone see that you are having fun!

I would suggest checking the pinch bolts (rear hub to axle) regularly. Mine have been torqued 2 times in 30 hours. Only thing that isnt perfect on my 7510 DT. I love it.
