Hello Everyone!
Glad to have found this forum. My husband just retired from farming and started a tractor repair shop in Wisconsin. He is great with anything red. A friend suggested that he branch out to other tractors and I encouraged him to do this.
So we got a call to fix a Ford 600 that was running, but then got to where it needed the choke pulled out after it ran for about 5 minutes for it to continue working, then that didn't work and finally it would not run at all. We have had the tractor for 2 weeks now. We replaced all of the electrical parts. We have spark! We rebuilt the carburetor, gas is getting to the carburetor. Put on a new manifold and new seals. Still have the same problem.
Any suggestions would be appreciated as it may save our marriage. I was the one that said...."Oh honey, a tractor is a tractor is a tractor, we can fix anything!"
