Newbie: Is this a deal? MT265B

I've been lurking and agonizing for months ... Kubota, Kioti, Mahindra, Massey ...... and then stumbled onto this.

CAT Challenger 2005 mfg MT265B HSTw/FEL QA & 66"(?) Bkt - R4s
(same as MF1533)
Selling new (4hrs) w/warr from CAT (2 yr - 2000hrs)
50 month at 0% - $14000 out the door (ag tax exempt)

What kind of money shoul I think about to have them add a Backhoe .. under the same financing?

Advice? .... Comments? ....
