Nice tool KC, where did that come from?
I just bought Titan's clamp-on hitch receiver to shuttle my utility trailer and new-to-me 16' boat around as needed. Both of my trailers would have a tongue weight well within the bucket lift capacity, so I am not concerned. A boat of your size (24') would be a concern on all the points already raised. Tongue weight and stopping ability. Particularly if slope is factored in.
On my previous tractor, I welded a short receiver onto the top of the bucket and found it challenging to get the ball under the trailer hitch at times. I like that the clamp-on is very low to the ground if you need it there. I've only tried it once for a moment before stowing it for the winter. I've heard the clamp-on can move against the bucket if not tightened properly, or if the lip of the bucket doesn't give the right support. For my needs, it will be fine. Not sure for yours.
But in any event, welcome to the forum. Very helpful for folks in your position. Folks like me a few months ago...
The receiver hitch (Harbor Freight) if I remember right I made a .25" thick flat bar piece to bolt on the inside of the bucket, and the grapple (Timber Tuff TMW-54 Log Grapple, from the big "A" online store) I welded on 7 more teeth above the original 3 teeth to aid in gripping the logs.
The 18" receiver extension (HF), I welded a 12" piece of 2" x 2" x .25" square tube (6" slipped into the 18" extension) so I can just pin it to the bucket receiver.
The good thing about this hitch is you can use a drop down receiver hitch to get the ball closer to the ground.
