Hello, forum members
I'm recently retired from the medical research field and am only now having enough free time to really enjoy my place in the country (Middle Tennessee). Up til now, all I had time for was keeping the grass cut and bush-hogging the place about 3 times a year.
Now mama reveals all the serious "honey-do's" she's been saving for the last 27 years, like remodeling the house, building a pond, a road, and building a new house on the back of the property (50 acres, mostly wooded).
I will need lots of suggestions and advice from lots of people. Hope to return the favors whenever I can.
