Hey,

I just bought a TC35 with a 5 ft bushog to take care of about 6 acres of pasture on hilly terrain. I have about 2 yrs experience driving my grandfathers Ford 8N finish mowing when I was a teen on the same type of terrain with no ROPS. Big difference I see about these experiences is that my farm here in KY has lots of pitfalls and uneven terrain that I will need to take great care compared to my grandfathers place that was all smooth hills. I have been doing some extensive reading on these issues and want to be overly cautious especially the first time I mow these pastures. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

:welcome: John. You'll find lots of folks up in the New Holland forums with experience on your TC35. It's a great tractor and should handle that 5' cutter with ease. I won't get specific here, but I also have "interesting" terrain on my place in Texas, and it takes special precautions when mowing. Look around and read over the forums, then ask any specific questions you need answered in the NH or general forums.:)
