Tractor
Yanmar 1510D
Hello, I just bought a 1510D for small food plots. I also bought a Titan 4' bush hog.
I had to swap the pins on the bushog to point inward because the arms wouldnt open wide enough.
Im also wanting to buy a small (4') disc or small (4') tiller.
Im wondering if one of the harbor freight quick connects would fit on this tractor? Im worried that it may not since I had to swap the pins inward on the bush hog.
Thanks in advance for any reply's.

G'day Mate and welcome to TBN from Downunder.

I suspect that your 1510D is a Cat0 Three Point Hitch (3PH). Sometimes thes are listed as Cat1 with the caviot 'limited', which means that they can possibly take a Cat1 implement (like your 4' bush hog) with adjustments and generally 'futzing around' to make it fit. 3PH Quick Hitches (QH) are rigid frames and the only adjustments are the size of the bushings that you install on the implement lower pins.

Enjoy the site.

Welcome!

YM186D was the YM1510D model with additions to bring it up to US safety specs, to sell here. So virtually identical. One difference I read here is YM186D has beefier 3-point upper lift arms and Hoye has sold some as replacements for YM1510 owners.

I have run a HF qhitch on my YM186D since the day I bought it. It fits fine. The thing to watch is the Qhitch isn't adjustable width so you need to adjust or shim your implements to match the qhitch's fixed width. Measure your implements before buying the qhitch, you might find they can't be adjusted to fit. And we've read of owners 'adjusting' the qhitch width using a farm jack. Farm jacks are dangerous, be careful.

My YM186D runs a 4 ft rotary mower fine, although that feels like the upper limit it could run in taller grass. I have a 3 ft and a 5 ft disc harrow, the larger one is too big for the little tractor. The 53" Yanmar tiller is almost too big for the little tractor, it will stall. A smaller one would be a better match.

I looked through some old photos I've posted here for examples using the qhitch. Here are a couple.

Thank you and everyone else for the helpfull replys.
My 1510D had the upper lift arms and your correct that they were a little weaker looking than the ones I bought in a kit off amazon.
I noticed in your pics that your lower lift arms seem a lot more bigger than the 23.5" arms that came in the above kit, mine look thinner and not as long. Also, it may just be the way it looks in the pic that your lower lift arms might have a wider spread than my little ones. When I bought the 4' titan bushhog I had to turn the pins around so they point inwards in order for the arms to go on the pins.
Unfortunately the tractor is about 6 hrs away from me at the moment so I cant take pics.

Thanks again for your help! Im sure im gonna have a few more questions since I'm new to tractors.
