Greetings all,

Well I have finally had enough of trying to maintain 5 acres with a garden tractor. So I am shopping for a good multi-use tractor. I'm thinking 40 hp or therabouts because I want to be comfortable and I don't want to spend all day mowing the 5 acres.

I have just about decided on the John Deere 4120...going for a test drive Friday.

Welcome to TBN... AND enjoy your new tractor...be sure to get the appropriate attachments... it's the attachments that do the work... tractor is just the engine...and, seriously consider a fel... IMHO it doubles the usefulness of a tractor.

I didn't know they made FELS without tractors.

FEL and cutter are on the very top of my list. Later maybe a tiller so the wife can have a nice garden.
