Is this a Kubota BH90? Are you looking for mechanical or hydraulic?
You should check with SnoFalls as I think he has one on his BH90. I believe he has the Rankin unit.

Here is a mechanical thumb sold by Gearmore.
Adjustable Thumb
Woods offers a mechanical thumb with six positions as an option on their backhoes as well as a hydraulic one. You should be able to get one through your Woods dealer.
The one mentioned above seems like a slick unit.
