I have a nh 1920, and am getting ready to do my first service( was purchased from the dealer, and now have a few hours of use on it ) on it ( I've finally got enough hours on it to justify a 'service weekend project' to my wife ).
Questions.
1 The 1920 is 4wd. I'm guessing the plastic plug on the top left of the front axle is a fill point? What type of oil do i use? 85/140?
2 under the hood, is the power steering resevoir... is this also the hyd oil resivoir? ( Will adding oil here, top off both the hyd's and steering?) Oil type? torq56? universal transdraulic?
3 I know where the crankcase oil fill is.. but where is the transmission fill? Mine is the manual gear shift model.
Also.. what trans fluid do I use? ( or is this one of those units where the trans, hyd's and steering use a common oil resivoir? I don't see a dipstick for the trans... just the power steering?)
Thanks for info... I've owned tractors for a while ( yanmar ) but am still getting used to my nice 1920, and learning.
