Took a while and it isn't perfect but I finally got my little grapple done.
PROS
Relatively inexpensive. About $750 complete with hydraulics, diverter etc. Dealer quoted me $3K.
Seems to work. The clamp finger put a good dent in a 2X4.
The big movable clamp and hyd. actuator are on with quick pins and hyd quick disconnects for fast removal.
No factory hyd. hoses were cut or modified so it can all be removed almost without a trace.
Loader bucket function is not impaired with the round grapple main beam in place.
CONS
Hyd. diverter valve and quick disconnects are kind of vulnerable mounted in that location.
The main top round beam has to be unbolted from the bucket for removal.
