The knife can be sharpened, a very fine stone is best and they can be replaced. grind the rivets off and punch out the rest of the rivet NH dealer should be able to supply new bolt if not get a very small bolt of right size, fit knife cut bolt off just above nut and gently rivet with ball pein hammer
