Update:
I ended up bringing the tractor to a mechanic. Since the previous owner agreed to pay half the bill.

The problem was the spool valves. The original owner and his mechanic replaced a bad spool valve before selling the tractor. And, well, according to my mechanic, they were not calibrated correctly.
