NH Cutting Edge & Tooth Bar

Anyone have these? The toothbar is supposed to fit over the reversible cutting edge and I was wondering how they worked together. Price on the 72" edge is $285 and the toothbar is $483. Seems like a good idea to have the cutting edge so I guess I'll get that for sure and it would be nice to have the toothbar fit over the edge but just seemed like it was allot of money. From posts here it appears that the Markham toothbar would be less money but then you add in freight it lessens the gap plus with the NH bar you don't have to remove the edge like you do with the Markham.

I just ordered my Markham toothbar for $296. shipping included-the way it was explained to me -when you buy it from Markham they use the cutting edge to make the tooth bar.
So you spend about $250-300 depending on shipping and you -Save $483.
it's like a two for one special or is it just NH with high pricing?
