NH LX885 Skid Steer Fuel Delivery Problems

I am having fuel delivery issues with my LX885. So far, I have relpaced the electric lift pump, fuel filter, and air filters ($400.00 later). It will run for a varying amount of time, and then it starves for fuel. If I remove the plug on the side of the filter housing, very little, if any fuel comes out. The pick-up tube in the tank is not blocked. I think my next step is to remove the fuel pump/filter assembly to check for blockages in any of the fuel passages. Is there a screen or some other pre-filter in the filter housing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
