An update on my on-line ordering saga: Yesterday, finally, I got a call from NH in response to my complaining on a post-sale survey form about the lousy fullfillment in their on-line order department. I read to the very nice woman from my internet confirmation of the sale (last April) and was told that it must not have "taken." She was very helpful and agreed to put a manual (for my TC35) in the mail immediately (for which I am very grateful). But she also professed not to know that there is zero contact info on their web site, nor a way to followup on your order electronically. In any event, six months later, I am still looking forward to the manual....it's slow delivery is the only complaint I have with the whole tractor so far.
