NH MM finish mowers ?

I have a chance to upgrade from a 48" 914 side discharge to a new 60" rear discharge. For about 1K. Anyone here have a 60" rear dis. 914 ,or any other similar mmm? I'd like to get a rear mount for larger flat areas and keep the 48 on for the hilly stuff. BUT the deal on the new 60 is hard to pass up. And I can't have both. Sooooooo, what to do? The additional area is about 4 acres and ready for finish mowing.

I have the 72"mm rear discharge and glad I got it instead of the finish mower that several dealers tried to talk me into. The cut is excellent and easy to see as you mow close to objects. I really like the rear discharge because it spreads the grass evenly, eliminates the pile up of grass, and you can mow in any direction because you don't have to worry about direction of discharge. Sounds like a good deal to upgrade.

Well Joe,Here's the story. The NH dealer, where I bought my tractor, has a late model Ford that is sold if they can find a mm deck for it. Here I come looking to upgrade, so it may all fall into place. BUT my mm deck is a pain to take off and reinstall on my TC-18. The older 48"ers have a roller on the rear instead of gauge wheels , so it's hard to slide under the tractor. I think all the new ones have four gauge wheels, like yours. Am I right on that ?

You are correct that my mm has the four guage wheels. I have not tried to take it off and put it on the tractor but appears to be an easy process.
