NH TC 40DA drawbar

I was looking at buying a nhtc40 da and it is missing the drawbar. He didnt even notice it, he said i could pull one off of a TC 33 are the drawbars the same on these units? I know he has a tc 35 on the lot? And the Toggle for the two speed is missing, the one on the joystick works and he said they would replace it, but if i am in a hurry they will just send it with i can imagine the swith could be that hard to replace.
What would a new drawbar cost, a toggle switch, and why is it so tough to get an owners/operators manual with a used tractor?

I got one for Christmas - $28 or $29 at TSC. They had three sizes. This price is the middle sized one.

That seems a little cheap is the factory ones from newholland better or stronger im sure they are more expensive.

My cousin a few years back purchased a drawbar for his 8920 cash IH 165hp and that one was over $900.00

$28 is probably for a 3PT cross drawbar, not the factory swinging drawbar.
A missing drawbar is an indication of a missing drawbar, nothing more. The dealer is obviously not misrepresenting the tractor, it is clearly missing a part and everyone can see that. The previous owner may have lost it. THe TC33 drawbar should be the same part number 86402585 and costs about $75.00.
