Canopy NH TC29D Canopy - Tel-Trax

Does anyone know anything about the Tel-Trax Fiberglass Canopies for the TC 29D? Are Fiberglass canopies cooler and quieter than metal ones?

I never owned a metal one to compare with but I have owned 2 fiberglass canopies. Both were cool in the summer and neither made any noises of any kind. They also keep your head dry in a rain. Both of mine were made by Firebird Fiberglass but they are all pretty similar.

I'm just the opposite of PineRidge; never owned a fiberglass or plastic canopy, but my steel canopy was insulated on the underside, I could feel the bottom of insulation and it never felt hot, so I doubt that any other material would have been any cooler for me. And of course there was never any sound from the canopy; it was securely and tightly mounted to the ROPS.

Everything Bird said except mine is aluminum. Same insulation and same brand that Bird had except aluminum. No heat and no noise.
