Hello;
I'm turning to the community after my dealer (over the phone - 50 miles away) said "wow, really?"
I have a new holland TZ25DA sub compact for several years. Recently, I noticed that the "beep"** would intermittently start/stop as I operated it, loader, mower, etc. The other day I walked by the shed and hear a faint "beep, beep" then nothing, time passed, then "beep beep".
I checked and the key is not in the ignition. I put it in, wiggled it a bit, didn't help.
It's almost comical to be outside in the evening and hear a few beeps out of nowhere, except I am sure the battery only has so many beeps in it
** beep = when you have the motor running and get off the tractor, or when you have the parking brake on in gear.
I have noticed that the switch on the seat is worn, the roller is worn flat. The dealer said getting at the beeper (to disconnect) involves disassembling the cowl.
Any thoughts?
Jim
