If you look at the age of the guy holding it and the weight of the fish it looks like a fake to me. The guy isn't even straining.

I don't think it's fake but if you look close there something blue holding the fish up.

It's obvious that a rope is supporting the fish, the guy that caught it merely has his hand resting on the fish for a picture. I don't think it's fake either. looks like a million dollar fish to me. Wait until the tackle manufacturers start offering him BIG bucks to say he used their products to land it.
