NIMCO CONTROL VALVE ON 1244 LOADER

I HAVE TWO OF THESE TRACTORS 1233 MOD. THE CONTROL ASSEMBLIES LEAK. WHATS WRONG? THE DEALER WANTS $60 for a o-ring kit. $1000.00 for a new valve. where can i get a replacement valve that will not leak? i have never had an issue with my kobota and i abuse it. YOUR HELP APPRECIATED.

I have a 1431 with a Nimco valve as well. I also had issues with control leakage and I also have a broken cap that houses the detent spring and Agco wants 450.00 to replace it or 1000.00 to replace the valve. I am opting to replace it with a Prince model control valve. The parts from Agco were way to expensive for me. I can buy 2 replacements for less. I called Nimco direct and they wouldn't sell me parts or a new valve. So I called Prince and they treated me great. That's why they are getting my money. Just my 2 cents.

You probably just need the O-ring on the spool. It's quite a bit cheaper than the whole kit. Or you can buy a whole O-ring assortment kit for about $35, match it with one, and have O-rings at your disposal all the time.
