we purchased a L35 tractor a while back and did not get the 3 point hookups or a manual with it we innitially we're ok with not being able to hook any attachments to the tracor but our old standby tractor(a ford 801) has shot craps so to speak so now we will need them,i would consider new but would prefer used ones if somebody had some ,any help would be appreciated.

You can get the manuals from any dealer, parts, owners, and service.

First thing I'd do on the 3pt links is to check the parts book for part numbers and then do some cross checking to see what other models use the same arms, hopefully others do. You might even find some JD's and NH's that will work, of course you'll have to immediately paint them orange or you'll see other tractor owners giggle and snicker when they see your tractor /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif.

You may want to consider a Top and Tilt hydraulic kit. You will get 2 out of the 3 arms with the kit. Gannon makes a nice kit that would fit your machine. Just a thought...

We have a stock of L35 three point hitch components, new and used.

New approx. $1125.05
Used excellent condition approx. $650.02

It will be a good idea to give serial # as a double cherck.

All L-35 Kubota's come standard with three point hitch arms. There is no deduct for not getting them. I would go back to the dealer you bought the tractor from and demand them.

I agree, the components are indeed listed as std. equip. and NEW buyer should get them..unless they bargained otherwise.

However -- sometimes lots of items are omitted in the "DEMANDS and heat of driving prices down" with some determined (inexperienced and otherwise) shoppers and dealers. The buyers really need to cover their bases when "nibbling at the pricing" and know that "that is no free lunches at the tractor price nibbling table".

Sometimes purchasers who do not plan to remove hoe will say they have no use for them (the three point). And bargain for credit or discount if not needed.

Used L35 and B20 and B21 and all tractors with mid mount mowers (especially the Deere -- some without PTOs) shoppers should always remember to make sure to cover this issue with the seller.

I'd estimate that more than 70% of these models (L35-B20-B21) never have the hoe removed by the first owner or lessee.

And more than 50% of the used unit purchasers don't take off the hoe.

Other items to cover are...
Rear PTO on some Green Units
Grill guards for some loaders
Joystick control valves (in lieu of using remote valve to operate the loaders)
Front weight brackets on some models.
Floor mats on some models.
SMV signs
Tool boxes

In other words ... you need to take inventory when shopping USED and check the text when shopping new.

Concerned dealers (everywhere and all brands) hear often, after we lost a deal to the "cheaper price," that the unit ended up short a lot a stuff that we had included in our offers. You can easily see how important and costly this issue becomes.

Shoppers are advised to insist the text of your purchase or lease agreement....." includes all standard equipment and the unit is "work ready." It will really make a big difference...
It will also help all the best dealers and their salesmen to have a level bargaining table.

For you conveyance, we list "on the world wide web" all the std. items on most of the items we sell.

I remove my backhoe every winter to mount the back-blade and a few days in the fall for my rake.
