Kioti Dk50se hst
I have a 2014 Kioti dk50se. I just lost my down power on my loader. It goes down but it just wont lift the tractor. Every other position works normally. I disconnected the hoses from the loader block and reconnected with the same result's. If I disconnect the hoses and reconnect, the loader it will work one time with down pressure. After that it wont work. I swapped the hoses into the other two ports that operate the bucket curl/dump function. It does the same thing. Any ideas?

Try shifting into N and see it goes up. might be trying to pull the tractor fwd.

It was in neutral. The problem is not going up. It is having no power going down.

You could try swapping your up down hoses, it would work backwards but if it lifts good you will know your valve is good.
It could be a quick coupler not staying seated good with it working one time and then not again.
Sent this too soon;
If it's not the quick connetors it is likely in the valve itself.

It was a bad fitting again. I didn't think it would be since I replaced all the loader quick connects 2 years ago.it seems Discount Hydraulic hose fitting quality is lacking. This is the second time I had their brand of fittings fail. Is there a brand that is of higher quality like Pioneer?

I haven't used Discount Hydraulic. I appreciate their honesty, but frankly I would not buy anything hydraulic that has the word 'discount" in the description.

Most old USA-made fittings are very high quality. The ones on my JD are over 50 years old and work fine. I'm sure there are a lot of good brands.

Try Parker fittings from Zoro.com. And check SurplusCenter.com; they sometimes have surplus Parker fittings.

The Kubota dealer used Dixon hydraulic fitting on my grapple. They are pretty expensive. Designed to be used in the aviation field also. Thirteen years on my Kubota M6040 without any problems.

It turned out the male end was not allowing flow. The female end was good.

Leave it to the males to screw up, the females always know what to do
