No lift after hydralic fluid change

I drained my hydraulic fluid to clean filter. I replaced fluid to the full mark. Now no FEL or 3PT action.
I move the joystick but nothing happens.

Make sure you have fluid at the pumps input port.

You may have to add some air to the tank to help prime.

Once you get prime, the hyd fluid will force any air out after working the cyl.

Use a rag and air nozzle in tank fill port. Use low air pressure

Well that didn't work JJ.

Do I have the have tractor running? Did not try that way.
Does this happen often?

Yes, tractor should be running so the pump is running.

You are trying to bleed all the air out of the hyd system.

You might loosen the suction/input line to the pump and see if there is fluid there.

If there is fluid at the input port, then make sure the pump is actually running.
