Rotate your bucket as shown in my photo and see if you can raise the front wheels off the ground as I can. If so, I think you are OK. If not, there is a problem.

Your valve spool is not centering.

If it is cable operated, check the cable and then lube.

Remove the lever from the spool and see if the spool will move in and out an equal distance.

Remove the cans on the bottom of the spool and check the insides for crud, rust, loose parts.

Be careful removing the cans as there are little balls and springs under the cover.

The centering springs are supposed to center the spool so there is no fluid flow to the cyl.

Your cyl seals maybe bad, but that would not push down on the lift arms.

Put a hyd gage in the hyd system and use it to troubleshoot .

If he goes into regen he might not be able to raise the front wheel even if the hyd system is good.

If the cyl are operating or moving with no action from the operator, it has to be the spool centering springs or cables hanging up.

I tried curling the bucket still no left it did it 1 time when I first got it like the day before.it seems to only down pressure on the arms when I'm on the move on the tractor.when I'm stopped using the tractor in a standstill that's when it seems to not push down.

Re-check all the QD's on the loader if you have them.

Do you actually have hyd flow?

Plug a gage into one of your loader QD and see if you have any pressure.

Are you running your tractor at the same RPM when stopped ?

Does the B7500 have one pump or two?

Do pull the cover plate off the front of the joystick controls. Check for excessive wear or slop in the controls.

On my Kubota B7100, different loader but same style joy stick, I wore out two of the joystick inards.
