Thanks again for the welcome, I dont have the backhoe yet bidding starts today, there is a Deere 710g in California or a Deere 310g close in Nevada will try and get one of them(both have similar hrs 3500 and year 2005). Bought some land 2ac in Pahrump,Nv south and west of Las Vegas will use it to build a house later but first need a barn and Rv parking. Ha Ha we are talking buying the cart before the horse, or buying the horse before the barn. I know the 710g will burn more fuel but so much more power than the 310g. Which one should I concentrate on? I want a basement. Thanks for your opinions, Bud

What is the difference in price? I always found that there will be times when you'll wish you had the 710g.
